Official Domains & Network Access
PATROL6 provides body cameras and a security-operations platform for patrol management, incident reporting, and evidence review. Start at patrol6.app. Sign-in uses identity.patrol6.app, our official authentication service. The prod.patrol6.app address remains supported for existing users and integrations.
| Hostname | Purpose | When needed |
|---|---|---|
| patrol6.app | Primary application | Required for browser access |
| identity.patrol6.app | Official Patrol6 authentication service | Required for sign-in |
| assets.prod.patrol6.app | Application scripts, styles, and images | Required for the application interface |
| media.prod.patrol6.app | Authorized evidence and media delivery | Required for media workflows |
| prod.patrol6.app | Supported legacy application address | Existing bookmarks, clients, and integrations |
These are the first-party browser domains. Google Maps, Google sign-in when enabled, and some signed storage downloads require additional destinations. Ask support for the exact destinations for your selected workflows. Camera connectivity and live streaming require a separate deployment review; this table is not a complete device firewall policy.
Before a pilot, have your IT team verify a fresh sign-in, dashboard, and required map and media workflows on the managed laptop and company network. If a security gateway blocks access, share the hostname, time, browser error code, and gateway category with IT and PATROL6 support. Keep certificate validation enabled and use approved, specific network exceptions where needed.

Enterprise FAQ
Company Stability and Product Roadmap
How should enterprise teams evaluate PATROL6 company maturity?
PATROL6 is focused on private-security-specific workflows and executes with a partnership model designed for measurable customer outcomes. Teams evaluating maturity should combine roadmap fit, operational responsiveness, support model, and deployment readiness rather than relying on a single metric.
What is the product roadmap orientation over the next several years?
The roadmap prioritizes private security operations, deeper integration coverage, continued AI reliability improvements, and hardware flexibility across field scenarios. Deployment sequencing is driven by operational value, interoperability requirements, and customer risk posture.
Evidence Integrity and Chain of Custody
How is evidentiary integrity protected?
Recordings are associated with immutable IDs and timestamped metadata, with integrity and audit controls designed to detect unauthorized change and preserve traceability through the evidence lifecycle.
How is chain of custody represented end to end?
PATROL6 preserves linked context across guard, device, session, incident, media object, and access history. This creates a reviewable custody trail from capture through storage and authorized access/export events.
Legal Defensibility and Hold Workflows
Can evidence be exported with audit context?
Yes. Export pathways include associated metadata and access audit context so downstream legal workflows can preserve defensibility and provenance.
How are legal-hold workflows supported?
Legal-hold compatible metadata and governance controls are supported, with policy and operational procedures aligned to enterprise legal workflow requirements.
Data Ownership, Portability, and Exit
Who owns operational and evidentiary data?
Customers own their operational and evidentiary data. PATROL6 provides the platform and processing capabilities under customer-controlled governance boundaries.
How difficult is migration or exit from the platform?
Data portability is a core requirement. Media and metadata export workflows are available, and integration/API patterns are designed to reduce lock-in risk for enterprise transitions.
Cloud Architecture, Encryption, and Regional Controls
What is the default cloud architecture model?
PATROL6 operates primarily on AWS-managed services with tenant-aware isolation and auditable operations. Additional cloud services may be used for specific managed AI capabilities while preserving customer data handling boundaries.
How is encryption handled?
Data is encrypted in transit using TLS and encrypted at rest through managed cloud encryption controls appropriate to the storage and database layers.
Can deployments follow regional data constraints?
Yes. Regional handling can be constrained according to enterprise data residency and policy requirements as part of deployment planning.
Compliance Posture and Certification Boundaries
Is PATROL6 NDAA compliant (Section 889)?
Yes. PATROL6 body-worn camera hardware and associated infrastructure are aligned to NDAA Section 889 requirements regarding prohibited telecommunications and video surveillance equipment.
How should teams interpret certification and compliance status?
PATROL6 publishes current certification posture transparently and distinguishes between currently attested controls and planned compliance workstreams. Procurement and legal teams should evaluate scope, timelines, and shared-responsibility boundaries explicitly.
Are CJIS/FedRAMP/SOC2 commitments represented as current certifications?
No. Where formal certification or attestation is not yet complete, status is communicated as in-progress planning or roadmap scope rather than represented as complete.
Hardware Reliability, Battery, and Hot-Swap
How is shift coverage handled in field operations?
Operational profiles target full-shift coverage with procedures for power continuity, including battery management and hot-swap support where configured.
What is the replacement and service posture for field devices?
PATROL6 uses an enterprise service model for rapid replacement, provisioning continuity, and operational support when units are damaged or unavailable.
Camera Performance and Pre-Event Context
How are recording profile tradeoffs handled?
Capture profile settings balance clarity, network conditions, retention, and operational latency. Configuration is tuned to enterprise operating requirements rather than one fixed profile.
Is context prior to event activation available?
Pre-event context support is available so evaluators can review moments preceding activation when operationally required.
Integration Support and API/Webhook Strategy
How do integrations work when a native connector is not yet available?
PATROL6 supports API and webhook integration patterns to integrate with enterprise systems while native connector packaging is prioritized by demand and rollout sequencing.
Is API access available for enterprise workflows?
Yes. Public API coverage exists and continues to expand for reporting, portability, and integration use cases.
GSOC and Command-Center Workflows
How are incident escalation workflows supported?
Event-driven escalation supports configurable routing for operational notifications and integration dispatch, aligned with enterprise response policy.
How should teams evaluate latency and live operations behavior?
Operational latency is influenced by network conditions and ingestion mode. PATROL6 prioritizes reliable incident visibility and complete evidentiary delivery over unstable raw streaming assumptions.
AI Usage, Oversight, Tunability, and Report Governance
How is AI positioned in operational decision-making?
AI is designed as supervised decision support. Human operators retain authority for review, escalation, and final report acceptance.
Can AI behavior be tuned or reduced for policy requirements?
Yes. Feature controls and configuration paths allow teams to tune behavior to operational policy and risk requirements.
Support SLAs, Replacement, and Deployment Model
What support model is available for enterprise rollouts?
PATROL6 offers structured enterprise support with escalation pathways and response expectations aligned in customer agreements.
How is onboarding handled for multi-site deployments?
Deployment workflows support pre-provisioning, configuration assistance, and operator/supervisor enablement for phased rollout at enterprise scale.
